Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring HVAC Mechanics to work as helpers on an apartment project in Roanoke, VA. This project is expected to last about one month. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused team members who are ready to jump in and assist with all phases of apartment HVAC installation.

Work Scope Includes:

• Putting pipe together and assisting with duct installation

• Hanging fans, running flex duct, and hanging boots

• Working under supervision to ensure quality and safety

• Reading basic blueprints and following instructions from the lead mechanic or foreman

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Supporting the crew with other HVAC tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Some experience as a commercial or residential HVAC helper/mechanic

• Must have all necessary hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to read basic plans and follow direction

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
