Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Brownsburg, IN. We’re looking for dependable, motivated mechanics who can handle all phases of HVAC installation and ductwork safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, hanging, and fabricating sheet metal ductwork

• Setting HVAC units, curbs, and supports as needed

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Following all site safety protocols and keeping the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Proven experience with hanging ductwork and installing HVAC systems

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
