Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a sidewalk and alleyway project near an apartment complex in Cincinnati, OH. We’re looking for dependable, motivated finishers who can handle all phases of forming, spreading, and finishing concrete safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Helping form concrete for sidewalks and a few alleyways next to an apartment complex

• Spreading base material and preparing sites for concrete placement

• Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete to required specifications

• Prior lumber framing experience is helpful for forming tasks

• Following all site safety protocols and keeping work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of concrete finishing experience

• Must be comfortable with forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete

• Lumber framing experience is a plus

• Must have own basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
