Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 4 months

Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics, Sheet Metal Mechanics, and Sheet Metal Helpers for a commercial project in Southern Pines, NC. We’re looking for dependable, motivated tradespeople who can handle ductwork installation and sheet metal tasks safely and efficiently.

Open Positions:

• 2 HVAC/Sheet Metal Mechanics – Must have strong experience with ductwork installation and fabrication

• 2 Sheet Metal Helpers – 2–4 years of experience preferred; must be able to take direction and assist mechanics effectively

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and fabricating sheet metal ductwork for commercial HVAC systems

• Assisting mechanics with duct installation, layout, and support tasks

• Performing routine HVAC installation work to project specifications

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Relevant HVAC or sheet metal experience (2–4 years for helpers)

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
