CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Journeyman Electricians (EL3s) for long-term opportunities in Lakeland, FL. We’re looking for bilingual electricians (English/Spanish) who are ready to grow into lead roles or foreman positions. This is a temp-to-perm position with career advancement potential for motivated tradesmen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in managing a crew of 5–10 electricians on site

• Tie-in lighting and low voltage controls

• Install switchgear and panels (preferred)

• Bend pipe, pull wire, and terminate panels and breakers

• Follow LOTO procedures and enforce jobsite safety

• Read and interpret contract drawings and prints

• Utilize technology for jobsite communication and coordination

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Non-Negotiable

• Active OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain through CCS-provided training)

• Strong experience in commercial electrical work

• Leadership or foreman potential (crew leadership experience a plus)

• Tech savvy and comfortable using digital tools

• Must have full PPE and basic hand tools

• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
