Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced plumbers for a multifamily residential project in Columbus, OH. This is an 18-unit, 3-story building, and we’re looking for dependable, skilled plumbers with a strong background in multifamily work who can handle all phases of plumbing safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing Plumbing Systems: Setting up water supply, waste disposal, and drainage systems for individual units and common areas.

• Reading Blueprints & Planning Layouts: Interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layouts and ensure compliance with building codes and project specs.

• Cutting, Assembling, & Installing Pipes: Cutting, threading, bending, and joining pipes made of copper, PVC, cast iron, and other materials to build the complete plumbing infrastructure.

• Installing Fixtures & Appliances: Setting sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, garbage disposals, dishwashers, washing machines, and water heaters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience, with multifamily residential experience strongly preferred

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to read blueprints and building plans

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
