Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Westfield, IN. We’re looking for dependable, skilled mechanics who can handle all phases of HVAC installation and deliver quality results.

Work Scope Includes:

• Sheet metal installation for duct systems

• Installing and hanging ductwork according to project specs

• Performing insulation and duct wrap work to ensure systems meet efficiency and code standards

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Proven skills in sheet metal work and insulation/duct wrap installation

• Must have own hand tools, impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
