Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a military base project in Fayetteville, NC. We’re looking for dependable, skilled mechanics who can handle all phases of HVAC installation and meet base security requirements.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging and installing ductwork according to project specifications

• Setting hangers, supports, and HVAC equipment

• Installing units, making connections, and performing test start-ups as needed

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Following all jobsite safety and military base security protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Must have valid driver’s license

• Must be able to pass a background check (military base access required)

• Must have own hand tools, impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
