Work Scope Includes

• Installing and hanging commercial sheet metal ductwork
• Setting hangers, supports, dampers, and hardware
• Assisting with equipment placement and connections
• Reading and following mechanical drawings and layout details
• Ensuring all work meets military base standards and project specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Following all Fort Liberty security and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC duct installation experience
• Experience hanging rectangular and round ductwork
• Must have a valid driver’s license for base access
• Must pass a background check (required for military projects)
• Must provide all HVAC hand tools, impact drill, and full PPE
• Reliable transportation and consistent work attendance required
• Ability to work independently and alongside a team
