Now Hiring: Plumber Leads/Foremen – Orlando, FL

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred – OSHA 10 required

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Plumber Leads/Foremen for a major project in Orlando, FL. This is a long-term opportunity for those ready to demonstrate leadership and advance to full-time salaried employment after a 6?month period. Candidates should have strong skills in both plumbing and leading crews, plus the ability to work extended hours when needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Must have an OCPS JLA Badge (or must have held one before and be eligible for resubmittal; badge is only required after July)

• OSHA 10 certification required

• Strong experience leading crews of 5–10 workers

• Must be physically capable of performing and teaching all tasks on-site

• Must be able to read and interpret contract drawings and prints

• Must be tech savvy and comfortable with computers

• Willingness to work 10-hour days and Saturdays during the initial project phase

• Must pass all required background checks for site access

Job Duties:

• Oversee tie-in of lighting and low voltage control systems

• Perform pipe bending and installation

• Manage MC cable work, wire pulling, and panel terminations

• Perform breaker installation and LOTO procedures

• Teach and support crew members on proper techniques and safety

• Maintain accurate daily progress reports and communicate with site management

• This role is intended as a pipeline to full-time salaried employment after a successful 6-month period.

• Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
