CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Installers for commercial HVAC projects in Gainesville, FL. We are looking for experienced installers who can handle duct installation, unit installs, and system tie-ins on active jobsites.

This is a strong opportunity for mechanics who can stay productive, read prints, and complete installs from duct to final tie-in.

Work Scope Includes

• Installing and hanging commercial HVAC duct systems
• Installing HVAC units and equipment
• Performing duct tie-ins and final connections
• Working with spiral and rectangular ductwork
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling duct systems
• Reading and working from mechanical blueprints
• Coordinating with HVAC crews and other trades
• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite

Requirements

• Commercial HVAC sheet metal or duct installation experience required
• Experience installing duct systems and HVAC units
• Experience performing system tie-ins
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints
• Must bring sheet metal or HVAC hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
