CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Residential & Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician for a direct hire position based in Charlotte, NC. The technician will handle field service, maintenance, and repairs for standard residential systems as well as commercial equipment.

This is an excellent fit for an experienced, self-directed HVAC technician with strong residential and commercial service experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position with room for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and system upgrades

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

• Communicate effectively with customers and site supervisors

• Maintain jobsite safety and uphold client quality standards

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of HVAC service experience, residential and commercial preferred

• Valid EPA Certification (required)

• Must hold an active HVAC license in the state of North Carolina

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must own tools, full PPE, and have reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and maintain a 40+ hour schedule
