Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics for ongoing commercial duct installation projects in the Dayton, OH area. Candidates must have experience with square and spiral ductwork and be capable of working independently across multiple job sites.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing square and spiral sheet metal ductwork

• Setting hangers, supports, grilles, and registers

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layout plans

• Sealing and insulating ductwork as needed

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness on active job sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Strong skills in duct installation and blueprint reading

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between sites

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
