CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for work in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are seeking dependable tradesmen with experience installing 150 Flex duct. Applicants must be able to communicate in Spanish and be ready to contribute immediately to active commercial jobsites.

Job Duties:

• Install, cut, and fit 150 Flex duct systems

• Perform layout and measurements according to project specs

• Use hand and power tools for cutting, shearing, and assembling ductwork

• Support the installation of HVAC systems under site supervision

• Follow all jobsite safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

• Experience working with Flex duct (150 Flex)

• Must be able to speak Spanish

• Basic hand tools and PPE required

• Preferred: candidates with saws, shears, and their own power drill (Company can help supply if missing)

• Reliable transportation

• Must be able to work 40+ hours/week and remain drug-free
