Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a short-term project in Fort Myers, FL. This project requires English-speaking only candidates as no translators will be on site. Immediate start available for qualified and dependable tradespeople.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging and installing sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, and flex)

• Installing hangers, supports, grilles, and curbs

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Sealing and insulating duct systems to ensure performance and efficiency

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness on the jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Must speak and understand English fluently (no translators onsite)

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance

• Ability to work independently and follow directions
