Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring night shift electricians for a commercial retrofit project in Pensacola, FL. The work will include retrofit lighting, panel work, running and bending conduit. Lift certifications are preferred; candidates without current certs can start but must obtain certification ASAP.

Work Scope Includes:

• Retrofitting and upgrading lighting systems

• Performing panel installations and upgrades

• Running and bending EMT and rigid conduit

• Pulling wire and completing terminations

• Following electrical prints, safety standards, and night shift protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Night shift availability required

• Lift certification preferred (can start without, but must obtain quickly)

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to read blueprints and work independently

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
