Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Journeyman Electricians with lead capabilities and top-level Electrical Helpers for commercial projects in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will be well-rounded, dependable, and ready to contribute immediately across multiple scopes of electrical work.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running and bending conduit

• Installing and wiring light poles

• Style switch installation

• Setting and wiring panels, high bays, and electrical devices

• Pulling and routing wire

• Running rigid conduit

• Reading and interpreting electrical layouts and blueprints

Position Requirements:

Journeyman Electricians:

• Valid EL card or Journeyman License

• Must have lead capabilities and the ability to direct helpers

• Experience with all listed work scopes

• Must have own tools and full PPE

Top Electrical Helpers:

• Must be a high-level helper capable of independently assisting in conduit, wiring, and device installation

• Strong knowledge of tools and jobsite processes

• Willingness to follow direction and support the lead electrician

• Must have own tools and full PPE
