Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled electrician with lead experience for a project in Charleston, SC. We’re looking for someone who can read and interpret prints, run EMT, pull wire, and confidently lead and lay out work for 2–3 helpers on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of daily electrical operations.

Work scope includes:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical layouts

• Laying out work and directing 2–3 helpers on daily tasks

• Installing EMT and pulling wire

• Performing terminations, installing devices, panels, and fixtures

• Maintaining safety, productivity, and jobsite cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Prior lead or crew leader experience required

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Strong understanding of conduit installation, wiring, and code compliance

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
