Now Hiring: Construction Laborers – Weems, VA (Flood Cleanup Project | 4-Month Duration)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking dependable construction laborers to assist with flood cleanup and general labor tasks at a wet jobsite in Weems, VA. This is a 4-month assignment with the potential to transition into longer-term work for the right candidates.

Scope of Work:

• Vacuuming and extracting water from flooded rooms

• General jobsite cleanup and support

• Working in wet conditions — rubber boots, extra socks, and waterproof gear strongly recommended

• Assist supervisors and trades as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience on construction jobsites preferred

• Must bring full PPE

• Must be reliable and show up daily

• Able to work in wet and physically demanding environments

• Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
