CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring skilled HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Kissimmee, FL. Candidates must have hands-on experience in fabricating, installing, and repairing ductwork systems and be prepared to meet all compliance requirements before arriving on site.

Scope of Work:

• Fabricate, install, and repair duct systems (duct board, snap lock pipe, flex, grills)

• Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts

• Use hand and power tools to assemble and install HVAC components

• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Must pass a 7-year background check and 10-panel drug screen prior to arrival

• PPE Required: hard hat, high-visibility shirt or vest, and safety glasses

• Strong experience with duct board, snap lock pipe, flex duct, and grills

• Ability to work independently and follow supervisor direction

• Welding or soldering experience is a plus

• Must bring basic hand tools

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced HVAC mechanics will be considered.
