Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Technicians – Mobile, AL (Commercial Project)

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Technicians for an active commercial project in Mobile, AL. We’re seeking skilled professionals with strong HVAC ductwork installation experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work:

• Install square and spiral duct systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings

• Perform layout and installation of duct runs

• Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure sheet metal

• Assist in setting HVAC units and completing trim-out work

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal experience

• Proficiency in duct system installation

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

• Must bring basic hand tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and certified tradesmen will be considered.
