Now Hiring: HVAC Mechanics – Houston, TX (Commercial Ductwork Installation)

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for commercial work in Houston, TX. We're looking for reliable tradesmen with a proven background in installing both rectangular and round ductwork, using industry-standard hanging systems.

Scope of Work:

• Install pre-fabricated and field-fabricated rectangular and round ductwork

• Set hangers using Unistrut, threaded rod, clevis hangers, and related systems

• Coordinate with site supervisors and work off drawings and blueprints

• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance on each installation

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Strong knowledge of hanger systems and duct types

• Must have your own hand tools and full PPE

• Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number required for FCA badging process

• Must pass background check: No felonies in the past 7 years, no recent violent crimes, drug offenses, or theft charges

• Able to complete the FCA badge approval process (approx. 48 hours turnaround)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
