CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for an ongoing commercial project in Lehigh Acres, FL. We are looking for techs with 6–8 years of solid HVAC experience, capable of working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

• Work with duct systems, air handlers, and refrigerant lines

• Perform layout and install based on prints and mechanical drawings

• Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Journeyman-level capabilities

• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical layouts

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and qualified HVAC technicians will be considered.
