CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Residential Electricians for rough-in projects in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for tradesmen who have a strong background in residential wiring and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

• Location: Charlotte, NC

• Project Type: Residential (Rough-In)

Scope of Work:

• Install electrical systems during the rough-in phase of residential builds

• Run and secure NM cable, install boxes, and perform layout per code

• Read blueprints and follow layout specifications

• Work efficiently with a crew to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience

• Proficient in rough-in wiring

• Must bring your own hand tools and PPE

• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check
