CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial HVAC project in Venice, FL. This role requires proven experience in duct installation, blueprint reading, and field execution with minimal oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install HVAC duct systems

• Fabricate and fit sheet metal ductwork according to spec

• Install hangers, supports, and sealants

• Interpret mechanical layouts and blueprints

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC sheet metal experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to read layout plans and work independently

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

• OSHA 10 preferred, not required
