CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial HVAC project in Venice, Florida. We’re seeking top tradespeople who can handle ductwork installation from layout to final install with minimal supervision. You must be dependable, drug-free, and ready to work full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, hang, and seal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, or flex)

• Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Install hangers, supports, and associated hardware

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsite conditions

• Work with crews or independently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of commercial HVAC ductwork installation experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• OSHA 10 is a plus (we’ll help you get certified)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required

• Must be able to read layout and ductwork plans
