CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in San Antonio, TX. This role includes removing, cleaning, and replacing air devices, with ductwork installation to follow in a later phase. Candidates must be comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts, and be ready to start immediately.

Job Duties:

• Remove, clean, and reinstall or replace air devices

• Prepare for upcoming ductwork phase (not currently active)

• Perform ladder work and operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently

• Follow worksite safety procedures and jobsite instructions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)

• Must be comfortable with ladder and lift work

• Must pass a drug test (DT required)

• Own tools and full PPE required

• Reliable transportation and readiness to work independently

• No training provided – experienced HVAC techs only
