This role focuses on duct installation, and candidates must arrive with all necessary tools and PPE ready to work. Job Duties:

• Install rectangular, spiral, and flex duct systems

• Read and follow blueprints, layout plans, and schematics

• Set units, hang duct, and complete rough-in and finish work

• Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial HVAC and ductwork installation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, boots, gloves, glasses)

• Ability to work independently and take direction

• Reliable transportation

• No training provided – certified and experienced mechanics only
