Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a school project in Winter Garden, FL. This opportunity is for seasoned professionals only — no entry-level candidates. While JLA clearance is not required for the initial assignment, candidates are strongly encouraged to obtain a JLA badge for future projects. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, and all candidates must be ready to complete a skills test on Day 1.

Job Duties:

• Install, fabricate, and secure HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation

• Perform layout, measuring, and cutting tasks with accuracy

• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

• Work efficiently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sheet metal installation experience

• Must bring own tools and wear full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and boots)

• Must complete a skills test with the crew on the first day

• JLA badge not required initially, but willingness to obtain is preferred

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Spanish speakers welcome
