Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring a Construction Laborer in Norfolk, VA. We’re looking for someone dependable and hard-working with general construction knowledge to assist on-site. No electrical experience is needed—just a strong work ethic and the ability to help with tasks such as moving materials, cleaning the jobsite, and providing an extra hand wherever needed.

Job Duties:

• Assist with material handling and distribution on-site

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

• Support skilled trades by offering general labor help

• Follow all site safety protocols and directions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior general construction experience required

• Must have basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day

• Reliable transportation and good attitude a must
