Job Summary:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a certified HVAC Technician with VRF experience for a long-term opportunity in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems and should be looking for a permanent placement after a trial period.

Scope of Work:
• Plan and manage installation of VRF systems
• Commission and troubleshoot VRF systems per manufacturer specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades on system integration
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and site cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with jobsite safety protocols

Requirements:
• VRF Certification – Required
• Strong working knowledge of VRF system installation and maintenance
• Must bring own HVAC tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow technical documentation
• Willingness to transition to long-term employment after evaluation period
