Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Plumbers for an warehouse project in San Antonio, TX. This job requires reliable, safety-focused tradespeople who can commit to early hours and a demanding schedule. Work will be performed in an existing building package plant, and the scope includes 4” PVC pipe installation and plastic air line runs. The team will consist of six workers, including an operator and spotter for a scissor lift and a flagman.

Work Scope:

• Run and install 4” PVC piping and plastic air lines.

• Assist with various plumbing tasks on-site in a live building environment.

• Support team coordination for scissor lift operation and jobsite traffic (flagging).

• Work alongside a 1–3 year plumbing apprentice team.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

• Clean background required: No felonies, theft, or sexual offenses.

• Must pass randomized drug testing (DT) – testing performed by the employer.

• Will be required to complete Safety Orientation for both the General Contractor and warehouse facility.

• Must provide:

• Date of Birth

• Last 4 digits of SSN

• Driver’s License Number

• Valid Email Address (required to complete  Background Check)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of plumbing experience or formal apprenticeship.

• Experience working in industrial or commercial facilities.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and jobsite procedures precisely.
