CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a project in Zephyrhills, FL. This role includes digging, backfilling, material moving, and general labor support to help set up and maintain an active jobsite.

We are looking for dependable laborers who are committed to showing up daily, working hard, and keeping safety a priority. If you cannot commit to a 40-hour workweek, stay drug-free on-site, or work well in a team, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Backfill holes and trenches

• Shovel and move dirt and materials

• Assist with jobsite setup and organization

• Follow all safety protocols and crew direction

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, work boots) — no exceptions

• Basic hand tools a plus

• Reliable transportation
