Concrete Form Superintendent – Active Military Base Project

Project Duration: 4 Months
Target Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr

Job Description:
CCS Construction Staffing is looking for an experienced Concrete Form Superintendent to oversee a project at an active military base. The project involves refinishing parking lots with asphalt. This is a hands-on leadership role, where the superintendent will be responsible for managing a crew while ensuring the smooth execution of the project. Although a Project Manager will be on-site, the superintendent will be the primary leader on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the crew on-site for the parking lot refinishing project

• Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and on schedule

• Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM), but handle the day-to-day operations

• Maintain a safe work environment for the crew and ensure all safety protocols are followed

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on-site

• Communicate effectively with the team and management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in concrete formwork or construction supervision

• Must have prior experience managing crews on construction projects

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a military base

• Clean background check required for access to the active military base

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to manage a team efficiently and maintain a positive work environment

Additional Information:

• The project will last approximately 4 months

• Pay rates are competitive, ranging from $30-$35/hr
