CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Duct Install Mechanics and Top Helpers for a busy project in Panama City, FL. This role involves hanging, installing, and wrapping ductwork for a commercial HVAC system. We are looking for both seasoned mechanics and reliable helpers who are ready to work.

If you’re a skilled duct mechanic or a motivated helper who wants to grow in the trade, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities – Mechanics:

• Hang, install, and seal rectangular and spiral ductwork

• Read and follow layout drawings and blueprints

• Cut, fit, and wrap duct for insulation

• Maintain a clean, safe work area

Job Responsibilities – Helpers:

• Assist mechanics with duct installation and alignment

• Prep materials and maintain jobsite cleanliness

• Learn installation techniques and improve skills on the job

Requirements:

• Mechanics: 5+ years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Top Helpers: 2+ years of hands-on HVAC or duct experience

• Must bring basic tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude

• OSHA 10 is a plus
