Commercial plumbing project – blueprint reading, layout, and advanced piping work required.

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a high-level Commercial Plumber for immediate work in Jacksonville Beach, FL. We need someone who is confident in reading blueprints, performing layout, and installing multiple pipe types. This is a skilled position requiring leadership-level ability and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and perform accurate plumbing layout

  • Pop chalk lines and prepare piping routes

  • Install PVC, CPVC, cast iron, and copper piping

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean jobsite


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience

  • OSHA 30 Certification required

  • CPR Certification required

  • Strong blueprint reading and layout ability

  • Full set of tools and PPE

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
