Lead with your hands and your head – take charge of a commercial jobsite as a working foreman.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Working Electrical Foreman with a strong commercial background to oversee and contribute directly on a live jobsite. You'll be responsible for hands-on electrical installations, guiding crews, reading blueprints, and making key decisions in coordination with project leadership.

Your Role Will Include:

• Installing lighting, devices, and circuitry

• Interpreting and executing blueprints and layouts

• Managing workflow and team productivity

• Collaborating directly with GC and project managers

• Leading by example and mentoring apprentices/helpers

What You Need:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Leadership skills and comfort managing a crew

• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving ability

• Tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work 40+ hours/week and stay drug-free
