CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for a direct hire opportunity in the Austin, TX area. This is a full-time, long-term position with a respected mechanical contractor offering career stability, weekly pay, and strong team support.

We’re looking for top-tier HVAC professionals who can troubleshoot, service, and maintain systems in a commercial and light industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service and install HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial settings

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC components

• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Perform preventive maintenance and document service calls

• Maintain jobsite professionalism and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:

• EPA Certification required

• 4–5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience

• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus

• Must have own hand tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Able to work 40+ hours per week, stay drug-free, and be punctual

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
