CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Apprentice-Level and Experienced Helpers for HVAC duct installation in Midland, TX. This is a physically active role supporting the foreman and lead installers. Ideal candidates will have hands-on ductwork experience, basic mechanical skills, and a positive, team-first attitude.

We are hiring tradesmen who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work 40 hours/week. If that’s not you, please do not apply.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist with hanging rectangular and spiral duct

• Use basic hand and power tools to support installs

• Prep, move, and organize materials on-site

• Work directly with mechanics and foremen as an extra set of hands

• Maintain clean, safe jobsite conditions

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in HVAC or commercial duct installation

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to follow instruction

• Basic tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation
