Position Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roofing projects in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for a dependable leader who knows sheet metal roofing systems inside and out. We’re looking for someone who can take charge of a crew, ensure quality installations, and maintain a safe, productive jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a crew on sheet metal roofing and commercial roofing projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and project specifications

• Oversee installation of sheet metal panels, flashing, and accessories

• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety compliance on the jobsite

• Coordinate with project managers for labor, materials, and scheduling

• Provide hands-on support and training to crew members

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with sheet metal roofing systems (minimum 5 years)

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead installer on commercial roofing projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage jobsite safety and ensure quality control

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Basic tools and full PPE (personal protective equipment)
