CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Refrigeration Technicians and Apprentices for ongoing commercial work in Austin, TX. We’re looking for dependable tradesmen with solid skills in piping, brazing, and refrigeration system work. This role includes hands-on fieldwork — not shop-based assembly.

For Texas:
Technicians and Apprentices must have the ability to keep their license active and renew when required.

Scope of Work:

• Perform brazing, soldering, and piping work on refrigeration lines ranging from 3/8” to 2-1/8”

• Work with commercial refrigeration systems, including rack, supermarket, and industrial units

• Handle multiple refrigerants safely and within environmental regulations

• Assist or lead installation and service of refrigeration components

Requirements:

• Refrigeration or HVAC field experience (apprentice or technician level)

• Tools and PPE

• Strong knowledge of piping and safety standards

• Reliable transportation

• License compliance as required for Texas

• Must pass drug screening and follow all safety guidelines
