Requirements:

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

• Minimum 3 years of safety coordination experience in construction or plumbing

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols

• Ability to lead safety meetings and conduct site inspections

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire safety orientations and weekly toolbox talks

• Perform jobsite safety audits and enforce safety procedures
