CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for commercial projects in San Antonio, TX. We’re looking for professionals skilled in PVC and copper piping who can lead crews and contribute to a high-performing team. Foreman experience is a plus.

Work Scope:

• Install and repair PVC and copper piping systems

• Lead crews on commercial plumbing jobs

• Coordinate with site management and other trades

• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings

• Maintain productivity and enforce jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (active and renewable)

• 4–5+ years of commercial plumbing experience

• Crew leadership experience required; foreman experience a plus

• Must bring own tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation

• Commitment to 40+ hours/week and ability to work drug-free and professionally
