Job Description:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Texas Journeyman Licensed Plumber Foreman for a variety of large commercial construction projects in Texas. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of plumbers, ensuring the timely and safe completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of plumbers, providing leadership and guidance on-site.

• Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget.

• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, maintaining workflow and efficiency.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the job site.

• Inspect the work of plumbing crews for compliance with safety, building codes, and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, other foremen, and crew members.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Texas Journeyman Plumber.

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with Texas plumbing codes and regulations.

• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
