Job Description:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an HVAC Duct Installation Foreman for large-scale commercial construction projects in Texas. As a Foreman, you will oversee the duct installation team, ensuring efficient and high-quality work while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC duct installers on commercial job sites.

• Ensure all ductwork installation meets project specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.

• Oversee the layout, installation, and testing of HVAC duct systems.

• Delegate tasks to crew members and manage daily work schedules.

• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely project completion.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

• Communicate project updates and concerns with project managers and other team leads.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC duct installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, duct layouts, and installation processes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
