CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring a Skilled HVAC Duct Installation Foreman for large-scale commercial construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a seasoned duct leader who can manage crews, read blueprints, and deliver quality results on time and within safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead HVAC duct installation teams on active commercial jobsites

• Plan layout and oversee the installation of spiral and rectangular duct systems

• Ensure all work complies with building codes, job specs, and safety guidelines

• Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and maintain quality control

• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on-site

• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce site protocols

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC duct installation

• 2+ years in a supervisory/foreman role

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

• Proficiency in duct hanging, sealing, and final install

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license, full PPE, and reliable transportation
