CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Construction Laborers for an active job site. This is a hands-on role for workers who are comfortable with physical tasks and basic assembly work. If you bring a strong work ethic and are ready to contribute right away, we want to hear from you.

Job Location: Varies (project-based)
Primary Job Duties:

• Install temporary fencing around job site perimeter

• Refresh exterior building areas by replacing tin panels

• Assist with minor assembly tasks, including connecting metal struts using all-thread

• General labor work as needed, supporting skilled tradesmen

• Bring hand tools if available – not mandatory, but preferred

Requirements:

• Prior construction experience

• Must be able to work as part of a team, stay drug-free on site, and commit to at least 40 hours per week

• Must have basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions on site
