CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for a secure project that requires badging clearance. This is a long-term opportunity for experienced tradesmen who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to meet access requirements.

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Commercial Project

BADGING PROCESS – START IMMEDIATELY:
To gain site access, you must go through a background check and fingerprinting process that takes approximately 2 weeks.
Submit TWO forms of ID ASAP, such as:

• Driver’s License (front and back)

• Social Security Card

• Birth Certificate

• OR Passport

Badging Steps:

1. Submit paperwork with IDs

2. Attend fingerprinting appointment

3. Background check is conducted

4. Upon approval, a photo is taken for badge processing

Work Scope:

• Install and seal ductwork (various types)

• Install VAV boxes

• Load building with materials as needed

• Help clean job site at the end of each shift

• Must only bring tools required for daily scope (security clearance applies)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Must have own hand tools and all required PPE

• 100% PPE required: Hard hat, safety vest or shirt, gloves, safety glasses, and boots

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work overhead, and follow all safety and security protocols

• Must be drug-free, punctual, and team-oriented
