CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Journeymen and Experienced Apprentice Electricians for a long-term commercial project in Cleburne, TX. We’re seeking highly skilled electricians who can hit the ground running and support a growing crew. Journeymen should be confident leading small teams or tasks as supporting foremen. We will also consider experienced top helpers (3–4+ years) to pair under Journeymen on site.

Position Overview:

• Journeymen will lead smaller teams and support day-to-day operations

• Experienced apprentices will assist with conduit, wire pulls, terminations, and lighting

• All electricians will be required to complete MEWP certification (provided by CCS) before starting

Requirements:

• Journeyman license preferred, but not required with proven experience

• Journeymen: 5+ years of commercial electrical experience and leadership capabilities

• Apprentices: Minimum 3–4+ years of consistent electrical experience

• Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Able to commit to 40+ hours/week and stay drug-free

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
