CCS Construction Staffing is seeking HVAC Duct Install Mechanics and Top Helpers for active commercial projects in Huntsville, AL. This is steady, full-time work for individuals with a strong work ethic, basic tools, and a desire to grow in the trade. You'll work with a supportive crew, paid weekly, and rewarded for reliability and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install rectangular and spiral ductwork in commercial buildings

• Use hand and power tools to cut, hang, and seal duct

• Follow layout drawings and assist mechanics with lift work and alignment

• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite

• Learn and grow under experienced tradesmen (for helpers)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Mechanics: 5+ years of HVAC duct install experience

• Top Helpers: 2+ years of hands-on duct or mechanical experience

• Bring your own tools and full PPE

• Have reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, team-first attitude

• OSHA 10 is a plus
