Work Scope:
Plumbers will be working on commercial plumbing projects in Chattanooga, TN, including schools, restaurants, retail buildings, and new construction.
This contractor does not perform any pipefitting or residential plumbing.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing commercial plumbing systems in schools, restaurants, retail, and new construction
• Working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other standard commercial materials
• Reading and interpreting plumbing plans and layouts
• Assisting with rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean jobsite
• Must have own plumbing tools

Plumber Requirements (Journeyman & Top Helpers):
Journeyman:
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently from plumbing plans
• Experience in commercial environments — no residential, no pipefitting

Top Helpers:
• 2–3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to assist with installs, measurements, and layout tasks
• Must follow direction from a Journeyman Plumber

All Candidates:
• Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism
